This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist the primary Technical Account Manager (TAM) in tracking the health and performance of Varicent solutions for a portfolio of VIP clients.
• Aid in training users on essential Varicent features, configuration principles, and best-practice methodologies.
• Engage in the assessment of new features, fixes, and release notes to evaluate potential effects on the customer’s environment.
• Help configure Varicent solutions in accordance with documented customer requirements, under the supervision of the senior TAM.
• Compile and distribute monthly reports detailing performance, utilization, and support-related metrics.
• Examine solution usage and data trends to identify possible issues or areas for enhancement.
• Support the execution of proactive maintenance initiatives and solution enhancements.
• Work alongside TAMs and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, investigate defects, and aid in optimization efforts.
• Spot opportunities for customer value realization and present them to the primary TAM for strategic consideration.
• Engage in discussions with customers that position Varicent products as effective solutions to process challenges, facilitating thoughtful upsell, cross-sell, and expansion strategies.
• Collaborate with the TAM team to foster sustainable customer engagement, successful project outcomes, and product adoption.
• Assist in planning and estimating tasks within the Technical Success journey, ensuring alignment with the available VIP entitlement for customers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to comprehend change management processes and propose improvements where applicable.
• Work together with TAMs to maintain a reusable object repository.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting and enterprise software implementation.
• Previous experience with query-based languages and relational databases.
• Technical data skills, including significant experience with SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the Sales Performance Management domain.
• Strongly preferred: Hands-on experience with Varicent software products (administration, implementation, and/or support).
