This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Assist the primary Technical Account Manager (TAM) in overseeing the health and performance of Varicent solutions for a portfolio of VIP clients.
• Provide guidance to users regarding fundamental Varicent functionalities, configuration concepts, and best practices.
• Engage in the evaluation of new features, fixes, and release notes to assess their potential impact on the customer's environment.
• Aid in the configuration of Varicent solutions based on documented customer needs, with oversight from the senior TAM.
• Compile and disseminate monthly summaries of performance, utilization, and support-related metrics.
• Examine solution usage and data trends to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Assist in executing proactive maintenance measures and enhancements to the solution.
• Work collaboratively with TAMs and internal teams to troubleshoot errors, investigate defects, and support efforts to optimize solutions.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing customer value and present them to the primary TAM for strategic consideration.
• Engage in discussions with customers that position Varicent products as effective solutions to process challenges, facilitating strategic upsell, cross-sell, and expansion initiatives.
• Partner with the TAM team to ensure sustainable customer engagement, successful project outcomes, and product adoption.
• Participate in the planning and estimation of tasks within the Technical Success journey, ensuring alignment with the available customer VIP entitlement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand change management processes and suggest improvements when necessary.
• Work with TAMs to maintain a reusable object repository.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Consulting and Enterprise Software Implementation.
• Previous experience with Query-Based Languages and Relational Databases.
• Technical data skills, including strong proficiency in SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the Sales Performance Management domain.
• Strongly Preferred: Practical experience with Varicent software products (including administration, implementation, and/or support).
