This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Take ownership of weekly metrics and reporting by extracting, validating, and disseminating data.
β’ Evaluate performance metrics to detect anomalies, highlight risks, and assist in root cause analysis.
β’ Oversee onboarding processes for Amazon and channel expansion initiatives.
β’ Monitor onboarding progress from start to finish, actively identifying and escalating any blockers.
β’ Carry out essential operational tasks (SKU creation, location setup, SKU mapping) efficiently and accurately.
β’ Background in operations, account management, or other fast-paced, task-oriented environments.
β’ Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, or comparable data/reporting tools.
β’ Knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace fulfillment operations, with a preference for Amazon experience.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing recurring workflows with precision and consistency.
β’ Excellent organizational, communication, and self-management abilities, with a capacity to work independently.
