This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Offer expert advice to customers regarding deployment and operational best practices
• Act as the main point of contact for technical inquiries or escalations related to Wiz
• Participate in workshops designed to help customers maximize the benefits of the Wiz platform
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders
• Assist customers in formulating Success Plans
• Evaluate customers’ progress towards achieving key performance indicators
• Over 3 years of experience in technical customer-facing positions
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Proven history of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in both French and English
