This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as a knowledgeable expert, entrusted with the management and development of your assigned client portfolio.
• Evaluate the impact of new features and fixes, aligning them with the organizational requirements of customers.
• Assist in tailoring Varicent-specific solutions according to customer specifications as needed.
• Produce and disseminate monthly performance and support metric reports.
• Analyze usage data and metrics to pinpoint necessary corrective actions.
• Aid in executing remedial actions for proactive maintenance.
• Provide support to team members by resolving errors, bugs, and technical challenges while offering advice on best practices for optimizations, thereby enhancing team skills.
• Take the initiative to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with our team to foster sustainable development of projects and products.
• Engage in Success Planning Workshops to promote Customer Success initiatives through effective planning.
• Work alongside internal stakeholders to evaluate the change management process and suggest improvements where applicable.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Consulting and Enterprise Software Implementation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical discipline or a related business field.
• Previous experience with Query-Based Languages and Relational Databases.
• Strong technical data skills, particularly with SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective time management skills to organize work schedules and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent business communication abilities.
• Experience in gathering and interpreting requirements and aligning them with product functionalities.
• Capacity to empathize with customers and comprehend their needs throughout the software lifecycle.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and environments.
• Prior hands-on experience with Varicent software products, including administration, implementation, and/or support.
• Experience with SPM Software.
