This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assume responsibility for the technical success of customers utilizing the UiPath Platform, ensuring accountability for technical workstreams that deliver significant business value.
• Actively engage with customers, offering integrated technical advice to enhance their automation initiatives and broaden their vision for attainable objectives.
• Assist in the planning, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of UiPath Platform infrastructure.
• Empower customer technical stakeholders with best practices for the UiPath Platform, customized to their specific automation requirements and limitations.
• Conduct design and code assessments for selected automations to reinforce and validate best practices.
• Execute technical health evaluations of customer automation programs, pinpointing risks and opportunities for ongoing enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with UiPath Product Support and subject matter experts to swiftly resolve escalated support issues.
• Advocate for AI-driven automation solutions, aiding customers in utilizing intelligent document processing, agentic AI, and machine learning capabilities within their automation strategies.
• Design comprehensive automation solutions utilizing UiPath Studio, Document Understanding, and AI Center to address complex business problems.
• Practical experience with UiPath Studio for automation development and adherence to best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in UiPath Document Understanding (DU) for intelligent document processing solutions.
• Background in programming with .NET / Java applications, along with cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Proven experience in customer-facing technical account management or consulting roles.
• Proficient in a variety of technical subjects, including software engineering, deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exhibiting a proactive and innovative approach to ensuring customer success.
• Fluency in English is required, and resumes must be submitted in English.
