This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as a regular weekly liaison for the client, overseeing daily business-as-usual (BAU) tasks and ensuring timely execution through personal accountability, internal collaboration, and effective resource utilization.
• Create and manage channel implementation strategies that are in line with channel technical requirements and Rithum's platform capabilities.
• Propel tactical execution strategies across the Rithum platform, including operational workflows and commercial tactics such as repricing, promotional strategies, and algorithmic optimization to improve visibility and maximize revenue conversion.
• Perform technical assessments, pinpointing areas for optimization and providing forward-thinking recommendations that align with client objectives.
• Serve as a reliable technical advisor, assisting clients in overcoming challenges and achieving value realization through the effective application of Rithum’s solutions.
• Take ownership of resolving intricate technical issues in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Client Success Engineering teams.
• Facilitate communication between client technical teams and Rithum’s internal teams to ensure mutual comprehension and streamlined execution.
• Assist in technical roadmap planning, feature adoption, and product feedback loops with strategic clients.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of platform functionality, data flows, and emerging capabilities.
• Over 2 years of experience in technical account management, implementation, solutions engineering, or e-commerce within a B2B SaaS context, or in a marketplace role with a brand or retailer.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise or strategic clients with technical onboarding, platform integration, and ongoing optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Basic understanding of channel requirements, data mapping, and feed architecture.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and comfort in utilizing AI-driven tools within daily workflows, with a continuous interest in emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, JIRA, or other workflow/project tracking tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
