Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical liaison and trusted advisor for designated enterprise accounts.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business goals and create customized technical roadmaps and solutions.

• Take the initiative to monitor customer environments, pinpointing opportunities for infrastructure enhancement, scaling, and bolstering security measures.

• Work collaboratively across engineering, product, and support teams to address complex technical challenges and advocate for client requirements.

• Facilitate regular technical reviews and strategic planning meetings with key stakeholders from customer organizations.

• Assist customers in implementing best practices for modern, scalable infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies such as AI.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in technical account management, solutions architecture, or a comparable customer-facing technical position.

• Significant experience in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and enterprise software implementations.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).

• Knowledge of deploying AI, machine learning, or data analytics solutions.

• Experience in mentoring junior team members.
