This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• In this position, you will serve as the technical partner that our clients depend on. This role is post-sales, where you will assist them in their adoption of OnePlan by exploring their business requirements, translating those needs into actionable configurations, and creating solutions within OnePlan and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• You will uncover the objectives of customers and design structured, scalable solutions using OnePlan, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate that directly support those ambitions.
• Your responsibilities include building and configuring solutions across OnePlan and the Power Platform, which entails creating workflows in Power Automate, developing interfaces or components in Power Apps, and modifying Power BI reports to facilitate data-driven decisions.
• You will provide support to customers by offering both guidance and hands-on configuration, as clients turn to you for technical clarity, direction, and a deeper comprehension of how to leverage OnePlan and the Microsoft tools that enhance it.
• You will identify and swiftly resolve technical or adoption challenges, allowing customers to progress smoothly without interruptions.
• It will be your task to simplify complex technical concepts into clear explanations that empower customers to feel confident and well-informed.
• You will manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, collaborate closely with product and delivery teams, and occasionally participate in onsite sessions to strengthen relationships and promote adoption.
• A solid familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform is essential for this role, including knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• You should have substantial experience in Project Portfolio Management and a comprehensive understanding of how organizations plan and execute work.
• Strong organizational skills are crucial, particularly when handling multiple customer engagements concurrently.
• Effective communication is vital; you must be able to convey technical information in a manner that is simple and relatable for non-technical audiences.
• A passion for building relationships and guiding customers through their entire journey with OnePlan, from initial adoption to long-term success, is essential.
• Bonus Points
• Familiarity with the broader Microsoft ecosystem, especially Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.
• An understanding of Agile or DevOps methodologies and their practical application in daily operations.
• Experience with OnePlan or OneConnect; even minimal exposure is advantageous.
• A knack for addressing complex or ambiguous technical issues, as some customers may present incomplete processes or ideas that you can help refine into workable solutions.
• Any experience supporting enterprise-level environments or complex system integrations is highly valued.
