This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Act as the primary leader and customer-facing representative for the effective implementation of Omnissa’s Product Solutions.
• Provide project leadership for significant Omnissa initiatives undertaken by customers.
• Oversee cross-functional project teams within Omnissa.
• Create and develop innovative solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Stay updated on the functional and technical aspects of the Omnissa product suite.
• Advocate for customers to enhance their return on investment (ROI).
• Deliver clear and constructive feedback regarding products.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles in a consultative, advisory, or architectural capacity.
• Solid technical foundation in End User Computing and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Familiarity with SaaS models and methodologies.
• Strong analytical abilities concerning technical and project management challenges.
• Capacity to interact and communicate effectively with Customer CxO, Engineering, and Administrator-level staff.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Legacy VCP-DT or OCP certifications will be viewed favorably.
• Willingness to travel up to 10 percent of the time, including international travel when necessary.
