β’ Natterbox is seeking a motivated and technically inquisitive Technical Account Manager to join our team in Australia.
β’ This role combines elements of Technical Account Management and Professional Services, positioned at the crossroads of customer account management, technical delivery, and business process consulting.
β’ You will serve as the primary technical partner for a portfolio of customers in the Asia-Pacific and US West Coast markets, ensuring they derive maximum value from the Natterbox platform, addressing intricate challenges, and pinpointing opportunities to enhance and deepen engagement.
β’ Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing capacity, with a history of managing client relationships and delivering technical or professional services to external stakeholders.
β’ Must be currently residing in Australia and possess the full legal right to work in Australia on a permanent, full-time basis (sponsorship is not offered for this position).
β’ Practical technical experience in at least one of the following areas: telecommunications or contact centre implementations; Salesforce administration; or Salesforce development. This is a strict requirement - candidates lacking this experience will not be considered.
β’ Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and concurrently running projects.
β’ Ability to navigate ambiguity comfortably - capable of extracting clear signals and actionable items from unstructured discussions.
β’ Customer-focused with outstanding active listening skills, including the capacity to pause, process, and clarify client needs prior to responding.
β’ High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence necessary to manage competing priorities and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
β’ Strong critical thinking and well-developed problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills.
β’ Proven ability to excel in a remote-first work environment, exhibiting strong self-regulation and proactive communication habits.
