This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee high-value accounts, conduct thorough check-ins (QBRs, reviews), and align technical outcomes with business objectives.
• Assist partners in designing, building, testing, and launching integrations, while troubleshooting APIs/SDKs/widgets and escalating issues with comprehensive documentation when necessary.
• Monitor logs, metrics, and errors to identify issues proactively. Ensure integration health (errors, versioning, limits, environment mismatches) and support incident communications.
• Gather and organize partner requests, inform internal prioritization (without making unrealistic promises), and keep partners informed of progress.
• Work in collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and enhance documentation, tools, and internal knowledge.
• Demonstrated technical client-facing experience: 5+ years in roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions/Integration Engineer, or Technical Support within Web3, B2B SaaS, fintech, or API-first products.
• Strong understanding of API fundamentals: Proficient in working with HTTP/APIs—interpreting logs, traces, and JSON; knowledgeable about authentication, webhooks, retries, idempotency, and common failure modes.
• Effective communicator: Capable of translating complex technical challenges for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized and efficient: Successfully manages multiple accounts with robust ticketing, follow-ups, and streamlined reporting (avoiding unnecessary meetings).
• Timezone compatibility: Located in the Americas with availability that overlaps with US business hours.
• Preferred: Experience in DeFi, cross-chain, wallets, RPC, or other intricate integrations; Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Grafana) and support workflows (Slack, Telegram, Linear, Zendesk); Previous experience leading technical QBRs or integration reviews for enterprise/high-value accounts.
