This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Act as the main liaison for key client accounts, fostering and sustaining robust relationships with clients.
β’ Efficiently manage the onboarding process for multiple clients at once, understanding their technical requirements and business goals to ensure our AI-driven customer support solutions align with their needs.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to meet client requirements and resolve technical challenges.
β’ Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our AI-driven customer support solutions, effectively conveying technical details to clients.
β’ Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions to current clients.
β’ Monitor and report on essential account metrics, such as customer satisfaction and product usage, using this data to enhance our solutions.
β’ A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ 2-3+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role with a track record of delivering successful customer implementations.
β’ A solid technical foundation with a strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
β’ Excellent project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.
β’ Capacity to adopt a consulting mindset and effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Outstanding organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
β’ Comfortable working EST hours.
