This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Take ownership of revenue performance across your portfolio, focusing on growth, retention, and renewals.
• Develop and implement multi-quarter account strategies that align with partner objectives and revenue targets.
• Ensure robust account health, readiness for renewals, and the establishment of long-term contracts.
• Identify and execute on growth opportunities that lead to measurable enhancements in partner performance.
• Facilitate behavioral changes in organizers, assisting them in transitioning from manual processes to AI-enabled operating models.
• Utilize internal AI tools in conjunction with external resources to enhance account management, generate insights, and prioritize actions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at event organizing companies.
• Offer data-driven insights to enhance event performance.
• Assist partners in designing and implementing AI-driven support frameworks.
• Minimum of 4 years in Technical Account Management, Strategic Customer Success, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing revenue, retention, or expansion targets.
• Strong technical proficiency in APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience with C-level executives.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create structured approaches.
• High level of curiosity and enthusiasm for AI tools, automation, and data-driven workflows.
• Proven capability to leverage technology to enhance personal productivity and impact.
• Comfortable guiding non-technical stakeholders in the adoption of AI-enhanced solutions.
