This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• The Technical Account Manager will serve as an integral member of the client's technical team, ensuring that automation solutions operate efficiently.
• Support customers in overcoming their technical challenges, including facilitating infrastructure installation, upgrade planning, and supervision.
• Function as a technical consultant for clients by conducting code reviews, providing guidance on infrastructure scaling, and leading preventive care sessions.
• Provide technical support to customers throughout pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Timely address all inquiries related to products.
• Conduct educational and informative training sessions to empower clients in utilizing UiPath products effectively.
• Relay customer feedback to developers and aid in the identification and development of new features or products.
• Carry out initial or follow-up investigations and respond to support requests via online and phone channels.
• Conduct regular reviews with customers, such as health checks.
• Proactively assess customer needs and propose enhancements or additional features to fulfill their requirements.
• Collaborate across departments within UiPath to establish and disseminate best practices.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of programming experience in .NET (C#, C++, VB, Java, or PowerShell).
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing technical account management role.
• Prior experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, or Nice is preferred.
• Experience in SaaS and Cloud environments is advantageous.
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
• Background in technical support, project management, technical sales, and consultancy.
• Previous involvement in application or implementation support is a plus.
• Experience with one or more of the following is desirable: Windows and Linux server infrastructure, IT, network troubleshooting, and security.
• Familiarity with software and front-end development.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to foster customer loyalty and engagement.
• Possess diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure when addressing customer concerns.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Preferred UiPath Certifications include RPA Advanced and Infrastructure Fundamentals.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
• Experience with one or more of the following is desirable: Windows and Linux server infrastructure, IT, network troubleshooting, and security.
• Previous experience with UiPath or other relevant vendor products is highly sought after.
