This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• As an essential member of the Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in retaining and expanding our largest Enterprise customers.
• You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to strategize on increasing the adoption of Hightouch within major organizations.
• From a technical standpoint, your main responsibilities will include delivering a prompt and structured onboarding experience for customers through effective project management, ensuring that customers realize the full value of Hightouch’s offerings, and advising on technical best practices.
• Offer customers clear and proactive technical guidance and expertise across all our products.
• Work in conjunction with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalations.
• Contribute to the success of the Hightouch platform by identifying use cases and challenges to Engineering that elevate our product to the next level.
• 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing and/or technology-driven role where business insight and technical proficiency were combined.
• Experience in managing and executing technical projects with a customer-centric approach and a strong sense of empathy.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies and comprehend complex systems (APIs, databases, reporting tools, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a continuous desire to enhance your technical expertise.
• Capability to collaborate across various functions with diverse teams and individuals.
• Ability to perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and navigate unexpected challenges with ease.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
