This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any client inquiries or issues, managing specific client relationships from an Account Management viewpoint.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of your clients.
• Conduct impact review sessions, demonstrating the ROI of Scibids and emphasizing our significance in their strategic plans.
• Collaborate with your sales lead to expand and cultivate existing client business while acquiring new clients.
• Engage in problem-solving by coordinating with the broader Scibids team to resolve potential challenges.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a proactive and opportunistic approach to build strong relationships with our clients, which is rooted in our service quality.
• Professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or as a customer success/account manager within the programmatic sector.
• Familiarity with at least DV360 or The Trade Desk; experience with Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently and see them through to completion.
• Experience in a startup environment would be advantageous.
• A proactive attitude that brings energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
• Ambition to advance your career as the company grows.
• Advanced mathematics studies or a degree in mathematics would be beneficial.
• Fluency in Thai and English is required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external team members.
• This position is remote, but candidates must be located in or around Bangkok to facilitate travel to client meetings.
