This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for any inquiries or concerns from clients, managing specific client relationships from an Account Management standpoint.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of your clients.
• Facilitate impact review sessions to demonstrate the ROI of Scibids and explain why we are integral to their strategy.
• Collaborate with your sales lead to expand and develop existing client business while securing new opportunities.
• Engage in problem-solving by working with the broader Scibids team to address potential challenges.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, adopting a forward-thinking and opportunistic approach to foster strong working relationships with clients, which is foundational to our service ethos.
• Professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or within a customer success/account management team in the programmatic sector.
• Experience with at least DV360 or The Trade Desk, and familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with both internal and external team members.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously until completion.
• Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
