• Manage post-sale technical relationships to assist customers in developing solutions for cloud discovery, EDR correlation, and integrating vulnerability data.
• Conduct technical assessments and document the business impact of the platform, feature requests, and adoption challenges to ensure development aligns with customer value.
• Provide training to customers on product utilization, Advanced Query Wizard functionality, and creating automated workflows such as ticketing for high-risk assets.
• Identify implementation risk factors, monitor changes in customer leadership, and execute remediation strategies to overcome deployment obstacles.
• Between two to six years of experience in customer-facing roles or technical delivery within the cybersecurity technology industry.
• Demonstrated ability to correlate data across various security silos, including Endpoint, Network, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Technical proficiency with REST APIs, JSON formats, internet protocols, and data structures such as CSV and SQL.
• Experience in navigating customer organizational dynamics to independently address technical implementation challenges and feature requirements.
