• Possess relevant experience in a customer-facing technical position (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Security Engineer, or equivalent)
• Have a strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, segmentation)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (Zero Trust, microsegmentation, threat detection)
• Practical experience with Linux/Windows environments
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with large enterprise clients in EMEA and fluency in English
