This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Act as the primary liaison for a significant and expanding portfolio of clients.
• Manage the complete customer experience across numerous accounts, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• Provide a personalized experience when necessary by serving as a problem solver—conduct independent analyses and triage before escalating issues to internal teams.
• Create and manage repeatable workflows to enhance self-service entry with a product-led growth approach.
• Collaborate closely with both product and sales teams to synchronize strategy and execution.
• Serve as an external-facing technical program manager—identify process deficiencies, advocate for solutions, and recognize when automation is required, even without coding.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to promote adoption and ongoing improvement.
• Advocate for product and process modifications that minimize friction, automate touchpoints, and enhance outcomes.
• Confidently address product inquiries, escalating appropriately even without extensive domain knowledge.
• Convert pentesting outcomes and vulnerability information into actionable recommendations for security and engineering stakeholders.
• Possess a solid understanding of application security concepts—such as OWASP Top 10, CVSS scoring, and common vulnerability classes—to effectively respond to customer inquiries and provide context for results.
• Collaborate with customers conducting large-scale assessments across numerous applications, monitoring coverage, SLA compliance, and identifying trends.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to address edge cases in scan results, differentiating between product issues and expected functionality.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation, runbooks, and enablement resources based on actual product workflows.
• Proven experience in a technical customer-facing position.
• Familiarity with application security or developer tools.
• Solid understanding of application security fundamentals.
• Experience with the security tools ecosystem: scanners, DAST/SAST platforms, and vulnerability management systems.
• Background in technical program management, technical account management, or scaled customer success.
• Proficient in Korean and advanced in English.
• Competitive base salary starting at USD 130,000 along with a substantial equity package.
