This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and supervise daily activities to ensure measures are in place to eliminate or reduce the risk of workplace accidents.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable legislation and company protocols.
• Provide technical reports to the company detailing information about potential hazards in the workplace.
• Analyze work methods and processes to pinpoint risk factors associated with workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses.
• Develop and implement occupational safety and hygiene procedures, and assess the outcomes achieved.
• Launch accident prevention initiatives and programs aimed at preventing occupational diseases.
• Facilitate discussions, meetings, awareness campaigns, lectures, and training sessions to promote safety.
• Prepare and present documentation, statistical data, analysis results, and employee performance evaluations to management.
• Proven experience with transmission lines and electrical substations.
• Specific experience in transmission lines will be regarded as advantageous.
• Familiarity with PPRA (Program for Environmental Risk Prevention) and PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program).
