This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL is essential.
• Assist the primary Technical Account Manager (TAM) in overseeing the health and performance of Varicent solutions for a portfolio of high-priority customers.
• Aid in training users on core Varicent features, configuration principles, and best practices.
• Engage in the evaluation of new features, fixes, and release notes to assess their potential impact on the customer's environment.
• Help configure Varicent solutions according to documented customer requirements, with guidance from the senior TAM.
• Prepare and distribute monthly summaries of performance, utilization, and support-related metrics.
• Analyze usage patterns and data to identify possible issues or areas for improvement.
• Assist in the execution of proactive maintenance actions and enhancements to solutions.
• Collaborate with TAMs and internal teams to resolve errors, investigate defects, and support optimization efforts.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing customer value and bring these to the attention of the primary TAM for strategic consideration.
• Engage in customer discussions that position Varicent products as effective solutions to process challenges, facilitating thoughtful upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Work alongside the TAM team to foster sustainable customer engagement, project success, and product adoption.
• Participate in planning and estimating tasks within the Technical Success journey, ensuring alignment with available customer VIP entitlements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand change management processes and recommend improvements as necessary.
• Partner with TAMs to maintain a repository of reusable objects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting and enterprise software implementation.
• Previous experience with query-based languages and relational databases.
• Technical data expertise, including strong skills in SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the Sales Performance Management domain.
• Strongly Preferred: Practical experience with Varicent software products (including administration, implementation, and/or support).
• Basic understanding of system configurations, data models, and best practices in data integration.
