This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Creating documentation to support IT products (across various teams) and business processes (including standard operations, procedures, and legal requirements).
• Revising current documentation to ensure it remains up-to-date.
• No obligatory info-style writing or numerous Glavred-style articles required!
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical writer in the IT sector;
• Experience in developing and maintaining documentation based on the "Docs as Code" principle;
• Proficient with version control systems (such as git) and development tools (like IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, or similar);
• Familiarity with Hugo for generating static documentation;
• Strong expertise in Markdown;
• Experience in documenting APIs and technical solutions;
• Skills in creating and maintaining a product knowledge base;
• Proven experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other team members;
• Experience in producing various internal documentation as requested by department heads;
• Capacity to create documentation for developers and users based on verbal or video descriptions;
• Ability to analyze and organize large amounts of information;
• Experience in conducting independent product testing to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness;
• Experience in preparing and gathering documentation for audits;
• Advanced proficiency in English;
• Excellent command of both Russian and English, with the ability to write clear, structured, and well-crafted texts.
