Tech Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Ticket Management: Address and manage level 3 support tickets, ensuring effective and timely resolution of technical issues reported by end users.

• Problem Diagnosis and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, focusing on debugging issues within databases and identifying necessary improvements.

• Issue Debugging: Conduct debugging of database problems, evaluating and recommending enhancements to optimize performance and stability.

• Documentation and Communication: Document and communicate solutions and procedures to clients clearly and effectively, while keeping the knowledge base up to date.

• Integration and Usage Guidance: Collaborate on maintaining integration guides for SDKs and APIs, as well as utilizing examples provided by the company to ensure successful implementation.

• Understanding of Architecture: Comprehend and document the architecture of products and specific client architectures to provide adequate technical support.

• Documentation Improvements: Implement specific enhancements in documentation, including the creation and updating of sample code.

• Bug Resolution: Resolve low-complexity bugs to gain familiarity with the source code and contribute to the overall stability of the product.


⛳️ Requirements

• Student or graduate in software engineering, systems, computer science, or a related field.

• Experience in object-oriented programming, software analysis, and design.

• Previous experience in technical support, with skills in resolving complex technical issues and database debugging.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, with a focus on continuous product and process improvement.
