Tech Lead, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Create high-quality, thoroughly tested, and scalable code.

• Collaboratively establish standards and best practices.

• Engage in architecture, planning, and selection of technologies, frameworks, and tools.

• Assist in defining company-wide processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Conduct code reviews.

• Provide mentorship to fellow developers.

• Support the growth of other engineers within the team.

• Develop and maintain REST APIs.

• Utilize Python for web scraping tasks.

• Enhance both the local and global Python community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Python.

• Familiarity with Git.

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Experience in planning and gathering requirements.

• Track record of leading successful projects.

• Strong self-management and organizational skills.

• Working proficiency in English.

• Bonus: Experience with web scraping frameworks, RabbitMQ, Elixir, SQL or No-SQL databases, Docker and Kubernetes, knowledge of agile methodologies, and open-source projects.
