Tech Lead – Power Platform, SharePoint

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-level Microsoft solutions.

• Create scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

• Design comprehensive business solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365.

• Establish solution architecture standards, governance frameworks, and technical best practices.

• Oversee the development and implementation of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power Pages portals, and SharePoint solutions.

• Ensure compliance with all organizational security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement integrations with Azure services and cloud-native technologies.

• Perform code reviews, architecture assessments, and technical design workshops.

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design engagements with clients.

• Identify, evaluate, and address project risks and technical obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in delivering Microsoft technology solutions.

• More than 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).

• Advanced proficiency in Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.

• Practical experience with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing Azure-based solutions.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and Dynamics 365 integrations.

• Experience with PowerShell and SQL databases.

• Familiarity with governance frameworks, security controls, compliance requirements, and enterprise architecture best practices.

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.
