Tech Lead – HubSpot Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the **entire HubSpot platform**, which includes the setup of CRM, management of pipelines, reporting, and the structure of data.

• Create and execute **sophisticated automation workflows** that span across sales, marketing, and operations.

• Assist with **sales team operations**, focusing on sequences, dashboards, forecasting, and performance tracking.

• Manage **marketing initiatives** such as email campaigns, landing pages, lead capture, segmentation, and analytics.

• Promote **data quality and governance** by handling deduplication, validation, and process enhancements.

• Develop and sustain **integrations** with external tools and APIs.

• Supervise the **Aircall integration and call workflows**, ensuring effective CRM tracking and automation.

• Utilize **AI within HubSpot and other external tools** to boost productivity, personalization, and reporting capabilities.

• Track and enhance **conversion rates and funnel performance** from initial lead to finalized deal.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in implementing the **HubSpot platform** (all hubs).

• Extensive knowledge of **HTML5 & CSS3**, including the use of semantic markup and responsive design techniques.

• Proficiency in **JavaScript (ES6+)** for client-side interactivity, DOM manipulation, and AJAX functionality.

• Practical experience with **jQuery** for creating dynamic content and managing API interactions.

• Familiarity with **Bootstrap** for developing responsive layouts and UI components.

• Knowledge of **Slick Slider** for carousel implementations and **WOW.js** for animations based on scroll events.

• Experience with tools such as **FingerprintJS** for visitor tracking and personalized experiences.

• Strong command of **PHP (8+)**, with a solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Model-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks.

• Practical experience with **Apache (2.4)**, including modules like mod_rewrite, mod_security, and mod_evasive.

• Comprehensive understanding of **MySQL/MariaDB**, encompassing database design, optimization, and management.

• Experience in building and utilizing **REST APIs** (JSON-based).

• Hands-on experience with **webhooks** for real-time data integrations.

• Familiarity with integrating **HubSpot CRM APIs**, focusing on data synchronization and automation processes.

• Experience managing cloud infrastructure (e.g., **Vultr or similar platforms**).

• Well-versed in administration within **Debian/Linux environments**, including shell scripting and cron job management.

• Experience utilizing **Cloudflare** for DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection.

• Proficient in using **Git** for version control and collaborative projects.

• Knowledge of security best practices, including:

• - Firewall configuration (UFW)

• - Web Application Firewall (**ModSecurity**)

• - Intrusion prevention tools (e.g., **Fail2ban**)

• - File integrity monitoring (e.g., **AIDE**)

• - SSL/TLS management utilizing **Let’s Encrypt / Certbot**

• - Secure SSH configuration (key-based access, restricted login)

• - Security auditing tools (e.g., **Lynis**)
