Tech Lead – Go, Python, React, Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the transition and re-engineering of existing Golang services into a contemporary Python-based framework.

• Actively engage in development by writing high-quality, scalable, and efficient code.

• Define and manage the cloud architecture roadmap on Azure, ensuring both scalability and reliability.

• Ensure that systems comply with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements (HIPAA/GDPR).

• Offer technical guidance, mentor the team, and foster best practices (code reviews, architecture standards).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience with Python, focusing on backend systems and data pipelines.

• More than 5 years of experience in designing and deploying scalable cloud architectures on Azure.

• Demonstrated experience in leading at least one significant system migration or complete re-architecture (e.g., Golang to Python).

• At least 3 years of experience working with Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) or high-volume data platforms.

• Strong understanding of React for front-end integration.

• Extensive experience in making architectural decisions that consider scalability, performance, and technical debt.

• Capability to work independently and lead technical projects from start to finish.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
