Full-Stack Product Engineer, Flutter, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhance our Flutter application (iOS & Android) with a strong emphasis on accessibility and usability for users aged 50 and above.

• Design and develop Node.js APIs and services to facilitate the introduction of new features.

• Collaborate closely with medical and product teams — your input is valued in what we create and how we create it.

• Implement code review practices, testing strategies, and engineering standards.

• Contribute to the development of our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes if you choose to do so.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience, encompassing relevant mobile and backend development.

• Proficient in Flutter/Dart, or a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt (e.g., transitioning from React Native or native mobile development).

• Comfortable tackling underspecified challenges.

• Self-driven and organized — excel in a small team environment with a high level of ownership.

• Commitment: when it counts — during a release, a deadline, or a critical fix — you’re willing to go the extra mile.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory.
