Tech Lead – Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical design, development, and deployment of software solutions within agile teams.

• Work in partnership with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to ensure technical choices are in line with business goals.

• Guide and mentor developers, encouraging technical excellence and ongoing improvement.

• Maintain compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.

• Lead architectural decisions and foster innovation in technology.

• Conduct technical discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting sessions.

• Detect and address technical risks and obstacles.

• Cultivate an environment of collaboration, quality, and accountability within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar fields.

• Proficiency in English - C2 level (both written and spoken).

• Exceptional technical leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience collaborating with remote, distributed, and cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with financial industry systems and technologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

• Expertise in commonly used client technologies and frameworks, including: Java, Python, AWS, Spring, Kafka, Kubernetes (K8s), and advanced level Prompt Engineering.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and agile management tools.
