This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead the technical development team for the Credit Cards segment, advocating for best practices in software engineering, architecture, and code quality;
• Assist in mapping the impact of changes and new features alongside the Credit Cards product managers;
• Actively collaborate with the deployment process (together with the DevOps team);
• Investigate and quickly resolve production bugs affecting Efí clients;
• Support the evolution of architectures within the AWS environment, utilizing cloud-native services or third-party solutions;
• Serve as a technical reference for projects based on TypeScript and Node.js, ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience;
• Plan the execution time for each Credit Card project to be implemented or underway, aiming to meet targets and optimize results;
• Work with Aurora and PostgreSQL databases, ensuring efficient modeling and high availability;
• Help drive the use of AI agents and intelligent automations to accelerate deliveries and enhance team productivity;
• Actively participate in strategic and product-related decisions concerning the Credit Cards ecosystem;
• Assist in the preparation of studies on the creation and alteration of methodologies and procedures necessary for system development, maintaining technical documentation updated according to system development standards;
• Develop and mentor team members, reinforcing a culture of continuous learning;
• Facilitate communication between technical and business areas, also engaging in scope and deadline negotiations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience in system architecture;
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js in production environments;
• Knowledge of Software Development Standards;
• Experience with distributed systems architecture and microservices;
• Technical English;
• Practical experience with AWS (such as EC2, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, among others);
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Aurora databases;
• Experience or strong interest in applied AI in development (e.g., copilots, autonomous agents, intelligent automations);
• Excellent oral communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
