Tech Lead, BI & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the analytics domain and guarantee the effectiveness of the consumption layer;

• Establish standards and best practices for Power BI development;

• Assist the analytics team in transitioning reports from MicroStrategy to Power BI and in generating new reports;

• Support technical requirements analysis and documentation preparation;

• Ensure data consistency between the Silver and Gold layers as well as the reports;

• Serve as the technical intermediary between the analytics and engineering teams;

• Direct the report publishing processes within the production environment;

• Ensure seamless integration between the Gold layer and analytical dashboards;

• Oversee the quality and performance of reports and dashboards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Power BI;

• Advanced expertise in data modeling;

• Proficient in DAX at an advanced level;

• Strong SQL skills;

• Understanding of data governance and Power BI gateways;

• Familiarity with Data Warehouse and Data Lakehouse concepts;

• Knowledge of RDS (Relational Data Store);

• Experience with dimensional modeling;

• Proven experience in integrating the Gold layer with reports;

• Familiarity with MicroStrategy is advantageous;

• Must be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills;

• Capability to offer technical leadership and support to the team.
