Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the development team technically, fostering collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Define and guide the architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Conduct **code reviews**, promoting best development practices and coding standards.

• Support technical refinements, contributing to the definition of solutions and estimates.

• Ensure the adoption of best software engineering, architecture, and development practices.

• Assist in the definition and implementation of system integrations through APIs and microservices.

• Act as a mentor for the team, technically developing professionals and supporting decision-making.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a **Tech Lead** or in a technical leadership position.

• Strong knowledge in the development and integration of **REST APIs**.

• Experience with **Cloud Computing** platforms.

• Familiarity with **microservices** architecture.

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).

• Differential:

• Experience with **Generative Artificial Intelligence** solutions.

• Knowledge or practical experience with **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**.
