Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design signal processing pipelines for SIGINT and optronic sensors.

• Oversee the technical design of systems for sensor data ingestion and analysis.

• Offer expertise in electronic warfare and signal intelligence.

• Guide the engineering team in RF signal processing and sensor fusion techniques.

• Create algorithms for the detection, classification, and geolocation of signals.

• Work collaboratively with clients to define requirements.

• Assess and integrate military sensor systems along with their data formats.

• Play a role in developing essential components for signal processing.

• Direct the technical roadmap for the sensor intelligence platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience with SIGINT or military sensor systems.

• At least 3 years in a senior engineering position or in a technical leadership role.

• Comprehensive understanding of concepts related to electronic warfare and signal intelligence.

• Strong fundamentals in RF signal processing and digital signal processing (DSP).

• Proficient in Python and C++ for tasks related to signal processing.

• Experience working with classified systems and defense clients.

• Developed operational signal intelligence systems.

• Familiarity with radar, emitter characteristics, and electronic signatures.

• Experience with software-defined radio platforms.
