Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain high-quality, efficient web applications utilizing Python and ReactJS.

• Work directly with the client’s non-technical leadership to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Assess technology options and identify the best infrastructure strategy.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of APIs.

• Enhance application performance and ensure it remains responsive.

• Apply best practices for security, usability, and code maintainability in a dynamic, startup-like setting.

• Offer technical guidance on UI/UX considerations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting throughout the application.

• Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to non-technical stakeholders and team members.

• Engage in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes to uphold code quality.

• Contribute to project delivery by adapting to changing priorities and collaborating within a small, self-sufficient team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant post-university experience.

• Proficient in English.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Senior-level experience with Python and React.

• Practical experience with Azure and/or AWS.

• Capable of independently evaluating and making infrastructure/architecture decisions.

• Background in Generative AI or AI Engineering.

• Familiarity with LangChain and LangFlow is advantageous.

• Experience with contemporary SaaS distributed architectures on public cloud platforms.

• Proficient in constructing solutions using complex data structures (e.g., graphs, trees).

• Strong application of Object-Oriented Design, skilled in structuring solutions into classes, methods, and properties.

• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
