Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical guidance to the team.

• Mentor engineers on intricate solutions while ensuring adherence to development best practices.

• Perform code evaluations and establish coding standards.

• Oversee API governance, including versioning and contracts.

• Work in collaboration with Architects on technical execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.

• Strong expertise in both Backend (Node.js) and Frontend (Vue.js) development.

• Extensive experience with MongoDB and Azure infrastructure.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, and asynchronous communication.

• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, influencing teams, and enhancing technical maturity.

• Understanding of API management, governance, and contracts.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2+ level (professional working proficiency).

• Candidates should reside in Portugal or accepted EU countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Romania.
