Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the creation of integration middleware between N2 and N3 systems

• Supervise the deployment of secure and scalable REST APIs for back-office systems and external partners

• Oversee the setup of CI/CD pipelines and automation processes for deployment, backup, and monitoring

• Engage with distributed messaging systems (Kafka or Huawei CloudDIS) and asynchronous queues

• Contribute to the infrastructure architecture on Huawei Cloud (services, networking, storage)

• Monitor and document integrations and APIs (Swagger, MkDocs)

• Collaborate with technical partners (YXY, Movvia) and local integration specialists

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership capacity

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development and systems integration

• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask), Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL

• Understanding of containers and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code

• Experience with RESTful APIs and authentication mechanisms (JWT)

• Proficient in technical English for reading documentation and interacting with international vendors
