• Prior experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or senior technical leader within digital product teams.

• Strong foundation as a full-stack developer, capable of actively contributing to daily coding tasks, beyond just the technical vision.
• Practical expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with real experience in the team's technology stack (not merely oversight).
• Knowledge of distributed systems architecture, microservices, and contemporary engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, observability, automated testing).
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools in development, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar, along with familiarity with language models and their integration into products and engineering workflows.
• Ability to balance direct technical contributions with strategic decision-making, ensuring efficiency and quality in deliverables.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and/or supporting the technical development of engineers.
• Understanding and experience with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices (Agile, Kanban, Scrum, etc.).
• Strong communication and influencing abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in structuring teams, performance management, and development planning.
