Software Engineer – IAM, Identity and Access Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for managing IAM SaaS solutions such as Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust.

• Design and operate custom services in Rust to enhance and modify SaaS functionalities, thereby improving and automating Prima’s workflows.

• Focus on the end user experience of IAM platforms by creating automated request workflows, developing internal processes and documentation, and configuring user-facing components of SaaS platforms.

• Maintain IaC and software libraries, along with abstractions and documentation, to facilitate the developer experience for other engineering teams utilizing IAM solutions.

• Collaborate with the Security and People teams to advance Prima’s foundational identity and access framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, particularly in IAM solutions.

• Familiarity with Okta or other IAM SaaS products.

• Knowledge of automation tools and IaC frameworks such as Pulumi.

• Strong coding skills, preferably in Rust and Python.

• Excellent English communication abilities, with a proven capacity to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Preferred: Experience as a Software Engineer focusing on IAM within the Insurance industry.
