Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Rails

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a seasoned individual contributor within a collaborative team.

• Accountable for achieving scope, schedule, and delivery objectives.

• Influence the program's long-term objectives while aiding in the execution of the development strategy.

• Guide and support less experienced engineers in enhancing their skills.

• Communicate technical challenges and advancements effectively with team members and clients.

• Deliver design documents, system diagrams, and other materials to clients, stakeholders, partners, and fellow engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and over 7 years of engineering experience.

• Proficient in Ruby on Rails, with a strong background in API Design & Development.

• Familiarity with React/Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience with Postman, Datadog, and RSpec.

• Ability to respond to and manage production issues.

• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience in mentoring junior developers.
