• Lead and guide a team of AI engineers, fostering technical excellence and project delivery.

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions utilizing Azure platforms.

• Support the adoption and effective utilization of tools such as Copilot and AI Agents.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in AI development, scalability, and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML development.

• Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams.

• Strong knowledge of the Azure AI ecosystem.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI platforms, AI Agents, and contemporary AI frameworks.

• Experience empowering teams with tools like Copilot.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level is required.
