Tech Lead – AI, Software Solutions, Presales/Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Acquisition of new clients and creation of business opportunities.

• Provide expert technical support to business development and/or sales teams.

• Serve as the technical lead in high-value services, engaging directly with clients.

• Act as a technology-commercial ambassador, proactively reaching out to clients and prospects.

• Understand business challenges and translate them into concrete opportunities.

• Anticipate market trends and position the company as a leading technology partner.

• Develop a sales pipeline, generate demand, and position new offerings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in commercial and/or technological pre-sales roles, business development, or pre-sales with a strong results orientation.

• Proven experience in acquiring new clients and generating opportunities from scratch.

• Sufficient technical background to engage in high-level discussions about software development, architecture, cloud, data, and AI (not necessarily a current hands-on profile).

• Real experience working with Generative Artificial Intelligence applied to software development (copilots, automation, code generation, testing, modernization, etc.).

• Ability to connect business and technology with a clear, convincing, and impact-oriented narrative.

• A clearly proactive hunter mentality focused on pipeline creation.

• Strong communication, influence, and technological storytelling skills.

• Market vision and sensitivity to detect trends before they solidify.

• Minimum B2 level in English (professional communication).
