Tech Lead, AI Engineer – GenAI

📋 Description

• Design and execute multi-agent systems utilizing AWS Bedrock and LLMs;

• Create tailored conversational agents;

• Deploy generative AI solutions;

• Conduct prompt engineering and enhance language models;

• Evaluate extensive datasets to uncover patterns and derive business insights;

• Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms;

• Establish automated data pipelines for data collection and processing;

• Generate visualizations and dashboards to present findings;

• Set up CI/CD pipelines for models and AI applications;

• Track model performance in a production environment;

• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML solutions;

• Create automated testing and evaluation frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree obtained or currently being pursued;

• At least 2 years of experience in AI, ML, or Data Science;

• Proficiency in Python and SQL;

• Familiarity with ML/DS libraries: Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn;

• Understanding of AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3);

• Experience with Git and collaborative software development;

• Proven track record in leading AI teams.
