Tech Lead – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance to the team, acting as a resource for architecture, development, and engineering best practices.

• Assist in defining and evolving the architecture of corporate solutions.

• Ensure compliance with quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards for applications.

• Engage in design and technical reviews, resolve complex issues, and validate solutions developed by the team.

• Conduct code reviews and advocate for development best practices.

• Establish and oversee versioning strategies, automated testing, and CI/CD processes.

• Offer technical support for Generative AI projects, intelligent automation, virtual assistants, and applications utilizing language models (LLMs).

• Assess technologies, frameworks, and platforms related to Artificial Intelligence, contributing to the company's innovation strategy.

• Collaborate with leadership and business units to align priorities and technical direction.

• Participate in proofs of concept (POCs), technology assessments, and innovation initiatives.

• Assist in the design and evolution of AI-based solutions, contributing to the definition of architectures, standards, and best practices for enterprise use.

• Contribute to enhancing the company's technical maturity, processes, and engineering culture.

• Manage technical debt and drive the ongoing improvement of the platforms under your stewardship.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, Senior Developer, or a similar role.

• Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices. (Medalion)

• Knowledge of system architecture, integrations, and enterprise solutions.

• Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD methodologies.

• Knowledge of relational databases.

• Development experience in Python, C#, or similar technologies.

• Ability to make informed technical decisions and facilitate architectural discussions.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience managing medium- and high-complexity projects.
