This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
β’ Serve as a skilled problem solver, delivering swift and effective solutions for clients.

β’ Keep detailed records of issues and ensure follow-up until complete resolution.
β’ Articulate complex solutions clearly and with confidence.
β’ Native or C1 proficiency in German along with fluency in English.
β’ Proficient in using digital tools and capable of explaining technical concepts.
β’ Maintain composure, focus, and professionalism in high-pressure environments.
β’ Attention to detail to ensure no task is overlooked.
β’ Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred; experience in sales is an advantage.
β’ Base Salary: β¬1,300 per month (disbursed 14 times annually).
β’ Performance Bonus: Up to β¬225 per month (disbursed 12 times annually).
β’ Meal Allowance: β¬7.63 for each working day.
β’ Welcome Bonus: Paid in 12 monthly installments during your first year.
β’ Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (Co-pay for the first 6 months; fully covered after 6 months).
