Team Manager, Service Delivery Management – Teaching Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Fosters a positive and inclusive work culture.

• Assists in organizational restructuring and offers coaching and training to support the team through the transition.

• Oversees the effective delivery of services and support to a network of partner schools.

• Establishes meaningful connections with school leaders to build trust and credibility in the services provided in partnership with School Success Partners.

• Provides continuous leadership to a cross-functional team responsible for delivering services to designated partner schools.

• Manages the coordination of services being provided to address the needs of assigned partner schools.

• Collaborates with the Success Partner to assess teacher staffing requirements and works alongside School Leaders, the Teaching Manager, the Academic Services Partner, and Human Resources to fill positions.

• Ensures compliance with regulations for all services delivered.

• Works with other Service Delivery Partners to ensure that cohesive and aligned services are provided to all partner schools.

• Recruits, supervises, and evaluates team performance, offering constructive feedback for development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required (an advanced degree is preferred).

• Experience in K-12 education (preferably in virtual teaching).

• Background in supervising educators within an academic environment.

• A valid teaching credential from any state.

• Proficient in technology, particularly with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

• A customer-centric approach, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.

• An innovative and creative problem solver, with a strong ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

• Some travel may be necessary.
