Team Manager, Service Delivery Management – Substitute Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews, recruit, train, and oversee remote employees.

• Monitor student engagement and performance, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.

• Work in conjunction with Pearson colleagues to formulate and execute policies and procedures.

• Analyze and interpret data based on performance metrics.

• Deliver presentations to both small and large groups.

• Juggle multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• Foster relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Recruitment and onboarding of substitute staff.

• Professional development and coaching of employees.

• Daily oversight and assessment of employee performance.

• Management of customer relationships.

• Leadership of departmental projects and initiatives.

• Reporting to the Senior Manager of Teaching and Substitute Services.

• The salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 – $56,000.

• This role is eligible for Pearson’s annual incentive program.
