Team Leader – Sumbawa

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all Branch KPIs within the Region are met effectively.

• Guarantee that branch operations in the designated Area run smoothly through the fulfillment and management of human resources.

• Oversee the successful expansion of the areas managed by Amartha as planned.

• Ensure that the quality of the portfolio aligns with Amartha's objectives and that branch audit results meet management expectations.

• Uphold the principle of transparency within the branch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum education of SMA/SMK.

• Proven experience in branch management responsibilities.

• Experienced in leading a team of multiple members.

• At least 1 year of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager/Leader (experience with Grameen Bank System Financial Institutions/Microfinance is preferred).

• Ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies as a team guide to achieve targets.

• Possess a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C.

• Willing to be assigned to Amartha's work areas in Sumbawa, specifically MOYO HILIR and TALIWANG.
