Team Leader – Fire Damper Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a two-member team focused on fire damper and grease extraction in the Reading/Slough area.

• Conduct inspections and drop testing for fire dampers.

• Maintain commercial kitchen extraction systems in accordance with TR19 Grease standards.

• Detect and report any defects found during inspections.

• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and uphold high professional standards.

• Manage team efficiency while prioritizing health and safety protocols.

• Produce detailed reports supported by photographic documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Essential prior experience in ventilation hygiene, fire damper testing, or ductwork cleaning.

• A valid UK driving licence.

• Current CSCS card.

• Capability to clear an Enhanced DBS check.

• A proactive, can-do mindset along with good physical fitness.
